How We Work
We want to help landowners understand how they can maximise the value of their property through development. We are very flexible and work in a variety of different ways with landowners either through partnering, joint ventures, the use of overages or by simply buying the site outright.
Depending on the nature of the site, we can offer an enhanced land value to owners if they work in partnership with us to help gain viable planning consent. We will fund the development costs and manage the process through planning, bringing in our partners to support us where necessary. Following planning, we will either develop out the project ourselves (residential) or bring in an end user partner (care operator) and manage the construction works on their behalf.
Types of Sites
Care Homes & Retirement Living
Ideal sites include large residential plots, commercial premises, former pubs, garages or car sale forecourts, former hotels or nursing homes. Sites should be located across the south east of England where there is a population of 20,000+ within a 10-mile radius. An ideal site will vary from 0.5 acres to 2 acres and be located adjacent to prominent roads and amenities.
Residential
We are looking for sites in high value areas where we can create bespoke, high quality housing solutions. These sites may be existing residential plots with large gardens / wide frontage or a variety of alternative uses which could be suitable for conversion to residential use.
