Byrehill has been appointed to provide a project management service on a complex project with Aldershot Town Football Club. The project’s aim is to optimise a land receipt from land surrounding the existing stadium whilst simultaneously developing a phased redevelopment solution for the club. The project requires engagement with a multitude of interested stakeholders as well careful co-ordination of consultants services to ensure programme is maintained within agreed commercial parameters.
