Catalyst Housing are a highly respected housing association with properties across London and the South East. With an ambitious development programme, Catalyst asked Byrehill to help them with several projects in their pipeline. Project Management Services provided included:
- Managing the procurement of contractors and consultants
- Reviewing viability appraisals, whilst challenging and testing the assumptions
- Co-ordinating activities and managing consultants in the development of projects
- Preparing financial appraisals and managing commercial risks and opportunities
