This 1.3-acre residential plot located in a Conservation Area was sensitively redeveloped to create a new 64-bed care home. Following a direct approach to the landowner, Byrehill were able to help them realise a land value double that of its existing value. Byrehill secured a subject to planning contract in partnership with 376 Estates and Tanglewood Care.
The sensitive nature of the site required a delicate approach through planning. Clever use of design combined with proactive engagement with key stakeholders enable us to secure a planning consent through delegated powers rather than through committee.
The new home will provide much needed quality care beds to the local community.
