Byrehill secured a subject to planning contract through a direct approach to the landowner. The site is a former paddock within the confines of the property adjacent to an existing nursery. The couple were impressed at the proactive and professional way we were able to secure a positive pre-application response.
The site will be developed to provide 64 care beds over 2 floors and a planning application will be submitted shortly.
