Byrehill were initially engaged by 376 Estates to support them in the tender process, which invited bidders to explore innovative ways in which this 5-acre site could be re-developed. Owned by a charitable organisation, the client saw benefits in our mixed-use solution providing both residential homes and a care home. Our solution also considered the option to retain the client within the site whilst also generating a competitive land receipt that would be used to further support the charities long term business plan.
Planning was approved unanimously via planning committee and the site has been developed to create 10 new family homes and a 72-bed care home. Byrehill were engaged to provide project management support through the planning application and oversee the infrastructure works on site to create services plots to both the residential and care home.
